When I was growing up I was taught to be submissive. To listen more and speak less. So how do I train a child who is just not like me and doesn’t share my values and ideologies. Just like Rabindranath Tagore says “Don’t limit a child to your own learning for he was born in another time. How can you effectively help this generation truly born in another time”?

Teachers will agree that having a student who can’t sit still. Who seems disorganized and doesn’t seem to be paying attention can be their worst nightmare. The answer is to understand the strengths and challenges of this disorder and adapt your teaching and classroom accordingly.

How do we effectively support this digital generation? How can practitioners change and re-invent themselves so that they are well positioned to teach this generation of students?
