Cognitive acceleration which is the functioning of the brain at its optimum is every teacher’s goal.

However, the frustration of many is that this goal can sometimes seem unattainable or sometimes rather unpredictable. So the big question is what can be done to make this goal achievable.   8. The program was quite an eye opener on things teachers should know. Teachers should not be glued to old methods of teaching and learning. They should be on the look out of how to combine all the challenges in the classroom as a case study for improvement.

The introduction of group work during the course of training actually helped to meet the meet the expectation of teaching and learning by Ministry of Education. It also helped me to understand that teaching and learning should always be made students centered while the teacher guides them.
