The world has experienced a disruption in the last few years with Covid and its impact on organisations. The education system in every nation suffered a hit as schools had to resort to remote learning and pivot in so many other ways.

School Leaders and managers would need to continue to navigate this new terrain with strategy, foresight and leadership expertise. The School Leaders Conference London 2022 is themed “Thriving in a Climate of Change”. This conference will provide the forum for school leaders to hear from educational and leadership experts. It would also provide a forum for learning, networking, and fun as it includes visits to schools in London and a tour of exciting tourist attraction

Dr Adewale Adeyinka

Dr Adewale is an associate professor and the Deputy Director of Studies in the Department of Leadership, Organisations and Behaviour at the Henley Business School University of Reading, United Kingdom. Adeyinka is also a published author and reviewer for top management journals and leading textbook publishers, including Edward Elgar and Taylor and Francis Group. He also runs a successful coaching and consultancy practice.

Jo Varnavas

Is an Organisational Development Consultant. She is a certified coach and leadership expert who works with senior leaders on change management within their organisations. She has over two decades of experience in management. Jo has a successful track record in organisational development, behavioural change coaching and delivering leadership development solutions.

Jo ‘s significant coaching experience together with a strong commercial awareness enables her to facilitate measurable growth on an individual, team and organisational level

Dr Peter Gray

Dr Peter is the Lead Research Adviser for the Department of Teacher Education at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). He is an adviser on European and International Projects. Also a member of the board at London School of Management Education United Kingdom

Safia Barikzai

Dr Safia Barikzai is an Associate Professor of Engineering at London South Bank University. She has worked in Higher Education for two decades and has an international profile having worked/studied in the UK, Australia and America. She is also a member of the Royal Academy of Engineering and a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology.

She is a fellow of the International Entrepreneurship Educators Programme, a member of the British Computer Society, a member of IEEE and a Senior Fellow of Higher Education Academy. Safia is the Diversity Lead for the eLearning and Quality Specialist group.

Angelina Ikeako

Angelina the CEO of Golden Links Educational Consultants. She is a School Improvement Expert, a qualified Assessor and a leadership coach. She has worked in all cadres of the educational sector for more than a decade. She is a Fellow of the Education and Training Society UK. For several years she worked in the Quality Learning and Development Sector of Newham College.  She was also on the board of governors and was a special adviser to the CEO on staff issues. She served as Mayoral Special Adviser on Education in Barking and Dagenham United Kingdom 2018-2019. She works internationally to support school and government education projects. Amongst her projects was the upskilling of the Inspection team of the Ministry of Education Lagos State, Nigeria. She trained 450 Quality assurance Officers (School Inspectors). She is currently Deputy Head in the school improvement department in Barking and Dagenham Council United Kingdom, with a portfolio to champion education equality in supporting high achievement among most vulnerable and high-risk children working with 150 schools within and outside the borough.

The Department of Education UK invited Angelina to be on the panel to review the development of T-Levels. She has authored several professional development courses

Sam Onigbanjo

Sam Onigbanjo is the CEO of Great Business Platforms a marketing and communications outfit. He and his team of coaches have trained over 1,000 business leaders. Sam is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing since 2006. Sam is also a Certified Digital Marketer,

 

Was honoured with the award as one of the top 100 most influential Nigerians by the Nigerian Centenary Awards (2014) . Has also won the Nigeria Ambassadors Award (20111) for the work he does with support the growth of businesses in Africa and empowering young entrepreneurs. He passionate about supporting businesses achieve their goals

Janice Davies

Is a veteran education with several years of experience in teaching and school leadership. She was known for her forward thinking and innovative ideas during her time as a School Head. She recently retired Head of one of the large secondary schools in East London. She was a firm believer of giving students currency, character and culture. Under her leadership the school excelled in many ways and developed partnerships with the local community and renowned organisations like the Barbican which afforded her students excellent opportunities to engage in robust extracurricular activities
