Teacher Educators Program

Are you a school keen to understand the British Inspection and standards system and use that to improve quality assurance in your school?

In partnership with Golden Links Educational Consultants and Coaching for Educators, the Norwegian University of Science and Technology is offering schools in Nigeria an opportunity to develop Teacher Educators.

Apply and nominate a teacher to receive training and mentoring to develop and function as a Teacher Educator in your School. Your nominee will be trained to support the development of pedagogical and delivery competencies of your teaching team.

Aims

Further, strengthen and refine your quality assurance strategies to ensure the continuous improvement and standardization of all your teaching staff.

Develop the leadership competencies in your staff which accelerates school growth.

This training and mentoring program will enable your nominee lead on:

Developing Professional Learning Groups in your School to build teacher expertise

Monitoring and Support strategies to strengthen your quality assurance system

The Program 

This is a 6 months, Fully Funded Training and Mentoring Programme:

Application ends 30^th June

Induction Training: July 2021

Program Commences Sept 2021-Feb 2022
