Who is in Charge

Who is in Charge:

So that’s my question in your home who is in charge of your children’s behaviour? Now I hear some parents laughing and saying me, of course. Ahh if you say that then you are solely responsible for your children’s behaviour this means you are to blame. But really it should be “US” it is about shared ownership. Getting them to take responsibility for their actions. Which means you get them to agree on what the consequence should be. it is all about Shared Ownership everyone has a stake. Everyone should be involved in the decision making. Everyone should take responsibility.
